MiniMax and 01.ai are also making waves with unique approaches in the market, totaling approximately 262 startups offering ChatGPT alternatives in China. Vice President Charlie Dai from Forrester notes the intense competition among these companies vying for AI dominance in the region, creating new possibilities for the industry.
