CyberArk (CYBR) Crushes Q1 Earnings & Revenue Estimates

CyberArk Software Ltd. CYBR reported strong first-quarter results, surpassing expectations. Non-GAAP earnings were 75 cents per share, exceeding the Zacks Consensus Estimate of 27 cents. Revenues increased by 37% to $221.6 million, with subscription revenues up 69%. The company raised its full-year 2024 guidance, anticipating revenue growth of 23.3%.

Buoyed by a strong start to 2024, CyberArk Software Ltd. CYBR raised its full-year guidance. The company now expects revenues between $928-$938 million and non-GAAP operating income between $90.5-$99.5 million. The full-year non-GAAP earnings forecast has been increased to $1.88-$2.07 per share. For the second quarter, revenues are estimated between $215-$221 million, with non-GAAP earnings forecasted at 34-44 cents per share.
