Caterpillar is the top Dow performer, while Salesforce is the worst.

In early trading, Caterpillar leads as best performing Dow component, up 1.3% while showing a 15.9% gain year to date. Salesforce is the worst performer, down 18.6% for the day and 16.0% year to date. Microsoft is down 1.4% and Boeing is up 1.1%.
