Sales of previously owned homes in the Issaquah Highlands area of Issaquah, Washington fell 1.9% in April to 4.14 million units, below forecast. Inventory increased 9% month to month, but still just a 3.5-month supply. Prices rose to a record high of $407,600, with demand driving 27% of sales above list price.
