Indonesia investigating Shopee and Lazada for anti-competitive behavior

Indonesia’s anti-trust agency is looking into Shopee and Lazada for possible anti-competition violations. The investigation targets PT Shopee Internasional Indonesia and PT Ecart Webportal Indonesia, Lazada’s operator. Shopee belongs to Sea Ltd, while Lazada is Alibaba’s Southeast Asian division.
