LiveRamp® reports Q4 revenue up 16% year-over-year, with subscription revenue up 11%. Database collaboration platform announces FY24 operating margin of 2% and non-GAAP operating margin of 16%. Operating cash flow for FY24 was $106 million versus $34 million a year ago. LiveRamp® CEO Scott Howe expresses optimism for FY25 based on positive Q4 results, highlighting growth in key performance indicators like annual recurring revenue and $1 million plus customer additions. LiveRamp® awarded Google Cloud Partner of the Year again for retail technology solutions, as they continue preparations for the deprecation of third-party cookies in Chrome in early 2025. LiveRamp® reports ending FY24 with 115 customers exceeding $1 million in subscription revenue, and 900 direct subscription customers. Q4 subscription net retention was 103%, and platform net retention was 108%. Annual recurring revenue for Q4 was $467 million, up 10% from the prior year period. LiveRamp® expects revenue of $172 million in Q1 FY25, an increase of 12%, with non-GAAP operating income of $25 million. For FY25, the company anticipates revenue between $710 million and $730 million, with non-GAAP operating income between $125 million and $129 million.
