Polymetals Resources Ltd (POL.AX) has teamed up with Metals Acquisition Limited (MAC.AX) to enhance value extraction from their adjacent mines in NSW Australia. Metals Acquisition owns the CSA Copper Mine, while Polymetals operates the Endeavor Silver Zinc Mine. The alliance aims to capitalize on synergies between the mines, with Metals Acquisition investing A$2.5 million for a 4.31% stake in Polymetals. MAC will have the option to appoint a director to the Polymetals board once it holds 7% of the shares. Additional investments are contingent on certain conditions being met.
