Scorpio Tankers Inc. (NYSE: STNG) announced approval from lenders to make a $223.6 million unscheduled repayment in June 2024 on their $1.0 Billion Credit Facility, lowering cash break even rates by $3,500 per day for the first year. The repayment will not affect the $288.2 million revolving portion of the credit facility. The Company’s future principal repayments for 2024 onwards are detailed. Scorpio Tankers Inc. is a global provider of marine transportation for petroleum products with a fleet of 108 product tankers. A sale of one MR tanker is expected in the second or third quarter of 2024.
