Standard Uranium Ltd. plans to raise up to C$3,000,000 through a private placement to fund exploration of its Davidson River project. The Offering includes Units and charity flow-through Units to be used for Canadian exploration expenses. The Company will also initiate a Continuation into British Columbia and a share Consolidation. This move aims to reduce costs, enhance competitiveness, and attract more investors.
As part of its drilling program, Standard Uranium will focus on exploring new high-priority targets within its expanded Davidson River Project and follow up on previous drilling results. Machine learning techniques will be used to target anomalies and potential uranium deposits.
