Workers United union is optimistic after recent successful bargaining sessions, focusing on staffing, scheduling, and waste reduction. Starbucks plans to open its mobile order and pay app to non-rewards members in July to increase traffic and orders, introducing the Siren System with new equipment for faster service. Former CEO Howard Schultz emphasized the need for management to spend more time with workers to address ongoing challenges in stores.
