Ocado Group (OCDO) is set to be removed from the FTSE 100, being replaced by Darktrace (DARK). Darktrace’s 60% surge in stock value this year contrasts Ocado’s 46% decline, leading to the index change. Final index review is on June 5, reflecting data prior to that day.
Wealth manager St James’s Place (STJ) is also set for relegation alongside Ocado. On the other hand, Darktrace and housebuilder Vistry (VTY) are likely to enter the top tier index.
FTSE 250 could see new additions like Alpha Group International (ALPH) and XPS Pensions Group (XPS). Conversely, companies like Ferrexpo (FXPO) and Mobico Group (MCG) may face demotion.
Hargreaves Lansdown (HL) is set to enter the FTSE 100, replacing Flutter Entertainment (FLTR) whose shareholders voted for a listing change. Molten Ventures (GROW) will fill the space left in the FTSE 250 by Hargreaves Lansdown.
