The NASDAQ and S&P indices hit new session highs, reaching all-time highs. NASDAQ up 125 points to 16635.86, S&P up 34.71 points to 5281.62. Dow nears high of 39807.38, trading at 39752.46, up 193.84 points. Russell 2000 up 14.78 points to 2100.47, a gain of 0.71%.
