Automation Anywhere and Microsoft deepened their collaboration by integrating Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service into Automation Anywhere’s new AI + Automation Enterprise System. This allows enterprises to automate complex processes across applications using AI Agents and GenAI models. Customers can leverage LLM-based data mining and generative AI responses for distinct advantages in healthcare.

The collaboration between Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service and Automation Anywhere aims to enhance efficiency, agility, and scalability in AI-driven automation. Organizations can create AI Agents and workflows to improve workflow processes. This initiative with Microsoft will enable organizations to automate tasks previously not possible and maximize impact for joint customers.

Automation Anywhere’s new AI Studio in the Automation + AI Enterprise System allows enterprise customers to quickly build and deploy AI-powered automations using Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service in a secure manner. These integrations will be available in the second quarter, with expanded model selection from Azure OpenAI Service in the third quarter.
