The likelihood of a Fed rate cut in September has significantly increased to 70%, up from 50%, due to indicators of a cooling labor market and downward revisions in labor costs. The US Dollar Index (DXY) is currently in a downtrend, testing the 104.00 level, with potential further decrease if dovish statements from Fed officials materialize. The Federal Open Market Committee will convene on June 11-12 to decide on key interest rates in the US economy.
