Record performance in FY24 for JSW Energy, with net generation up 27% YoY to 27.9 BUs. Total revenue increases to ₹11,941 crore, highest-ever EBITDA, and second-highest PAT in company history. EBITDA grows by 53% YoY to ₹5,837 crore, leading to a 17% YoY growth in PAT to ₹1,723 crore.
JSW Energy raises ₹5,000 crores through a QIP in April 2024, marking its first equity raise since 2010. The company’s liquidity remains strong with ₹4,691 crore in cash and equivalents. JSW Energy aims to explore new opportunities in India’s clean energy transition and expand its energy storage and green hydrogen presence.
