Snowflake has partnered with NVIDIA to integrate customized AI data applications on its platform. The partnership will help enterprises connect custom models to diverse business data for accurate responses. Snowflake Arctic, a large language model, is supported by NVIDIA TensorRT-LLM software for optimized performance within Snowflake.
Snowflake’s expanding portfolio includes the launch of Polaris Catalog, offering an open catalog implementation for Apache Iceberg. This open standard allows users to access data from engines like Apache Flink and Trino. The company also announced partnerships with Amazon, Microsoft, and NVIDIA for interoperability and seamless data management solutions. Financially, Snowflake shows growth potential with estimates projecting a revenue increase of 23.78% in fiscal 2025.
