Shares of Sobha Ltd surged nearly 8% after the board approved raising up to ₹2,000 crore through a rights issue. The stock hit an all-time high of ₹2,219 on Thursday. The company plans to issue 1.2 crore shares at ₹1,651 each, a 20% discount to the previous close. Shareholders get six shares for every 47 held. The market capitalization rose to ₹20,423.63 crore.
