Activist investor Starboard Value has taken a $500 million stake in Autodesk Inc and is advocating for changes in the company. They have met with executives to address concerns such as margins, board changes, and the handling of an accounting probe. Starboard is considering legal action to reopen the director nomination window. Autodesk has not responded to requests for comment.
