Technology stocks saw gains in premarket trading, with XLK up 1.2% and XSD up 2.3%. Oracle surged 8% following strong Q4 sales and partnerships with Microsoft and Google.

Vertex rose 1.6% after acquiring tax AI capabilities from Ryan. Take-Two Interactive dropped over 1% due to a secondary stock offering by Embracer Group AB.
