Many investors may not realize they are actually Nvidia shareholders through S&P 500 index funds, where Nvidia is one of the top holdings. The company’s recent stock split and demand for its chips in data centers have contributed to its rising stock value.

Investors who aren’t already shareholders of Nvidia may want to consider the company’s steep valuation before buying in. However, adding the stock to a watchlist or gradually buying shares over time could still be beneficial.
