Apple launches new HomePod mini in Midnight color, expanding smart home capabilities

Apple has unveiled a new HomePod mini in a Midnight color option, replacing the previous Space Gray version. The 3.3 inches tall speaker is also available in yellow, blue, orange, and white, featuring a seamless mesh exterior and backlit touch surface.

The new HomePod mini offers a home theater experience with Apple TV 4K, smart home automations, and music search capabilities. The Midnight color option will be available at Apple Store locations in the U.S., Canada, China mainland, Singapore, and 28 other countries and regions starting July 17.
