In the first half of 2024, Elanders’ revenue decreased to 6,771 Mkr with an organic decline of five percent. Adjusted EBITA was 395 Mkr, and adjusted net profit was 68 Mkr. Operating cash flow increased to 1,157 Mkr. Elanders acquired almost 90% of Bishopsgate Newco Ltd in February 2024.

In the second quarter of 2024, Elanders’ revenue increased to 3,503 Mkr with stable organic growth. Adjusted EBITA reached 215 Mkr, and adjusted net profit was 36 Mkr. Operating cash flow was 516 Mkr. Elanders acquired the remaining 20% of Bergen Logistics in April 2024. Plans for a logistics unit in Thailand are also in progress.
