The patented V-Shape technology, protected by three granted patents, offers up to a 30% increase in miner density, providing significant operational and financial benefits. Despite knowledge of pending patents since 2021, RK Mission Critical continued producing containers using Digital Shovel’s technology without authorization.

Digital Shovel seeks compensation for the unauthorized use of their patented technology and a court order to prevent RK Mission Critical from selling infringing containers. They estimate that hundreds of containers utilizing their technology were unlawfully sold by RK Mission Critical, posing a threat to intellectual property rights in the industry.
