Google parent Alphabet is reportedly in discussions to buy cybersecurity startup Wiz for around $23 billion. A deal may be finalized soon if negotiations go smoothly. Wiz, a U.S.-Israeli startup, recently raised $1 billion in a funding round, valuing the company at $12 billion. Google and Wiz have not commented on the potential acquisition.
