Elon Musk is no longer actively promoting cryptocurrencies, but his companies still accept Dogecoin.

Serial tech entrepreneur Elon Musk participated in a podcast on his social media platform X, discussing his views on Bitcoin and other cryptos. Musk admitted to seeing merit in Bitcoin and having a soft spot for Dogecoin due to his love of dogs and memes. He clarified that he does not intend to actively promote any cryptocurrency, only possibly mentioning them in a joking manner. Despite not actively promoting it, Musk’s companies still accept Dogecoin. His past tweets about Dogecoin have had significant impact on its price, but his influence has waned recently. Elon Musk’s X platform recently removed hashmojies of cryptocurrencies.
