Historian Pete Rizzo shared a statement from Satoshi Nakamoto dating back to 2010, explaining Bitcoin’s intrinsic value. 14 years ago, Satoshi explained why Bitcoin had value even at $0.07. Bitcoin’s price has now soared to tens of thousands of dollars, hitting an all-time high of $74,000 in March. BTC’s use as a payment method has expanded significantly since Satoshi’s statement, showing a growing preference for digital currency payments. Bitcoin was trading at $67,846 at the time of writing.
