Tech stocks gained in late trading, with XLK, XSD, and semiconductor index all rising

Tech stocks were up on Friday afternoon, with XLK rising 0.8% and XSD adding 1.4%. The Philadelphia Semiconductor index also spiked 1.1%. Intel’s software revenue could reach $1 billion by 2027, boosting INTC shares by 3%.

Array Technologies saw a 9.1% surge after an upgrade from Citigroup. Apple won a motion to dismiss a class-action lawsuit alleging anticompetitive practices, leading to a 1.4% increase in AAPL shares. Logitech International may delay its annual meeting due to a court order, lifting LOGI shares by 1.6%.
