Tech stocks, including XLK and XSD, were on the rise Tuesday afternoon. Tyler Technologies (TYL) shares surged 1.3% after signing an agreement with the Arizona Supreme Court. Versus Systems (VS) saw a 41% jump in shares after strategic restructuring. IBM and Microsoft (MSFT) collaboration led to increased cybersecurity services.
