ServiceNow beats Q2 earnings estimates with revenue up year over year.

ServiceNow reported second-quarter 2024 earnings of $3.13 per share, beating estimates by 9.82%, with revenues of $2.63 billion, up 22.2% year over year. Subscription revenues improved 23% to $2.54 billion, exceeding expectations. The company had 1,988 customers with over $1 million ACV, with 15% growth year over year. NOW also announced collaborations with Microsoft, IBM, NVIDIA, and other partners to expand AI solutions. Non-GAAP operating margin rose to 27.4% and cRPO reached $8.78 billion. In the third quarter, subscription revenues are projected to grow by 20-20.5%. For 2024, subscription revenues are expected to rise by 22%.
