AS Tallinna Vesi enhanced its syndicated loan agreement with sustainability criteria to support the fulfillment of the company’s strategic goals. The sustainability coordinator for the loan was SEB Eesti. The loan includes sustainability-related criteria with annual objectives aimed at fulfilling environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues. Approximately 82% of Tallinna Vesi’s total loan is now tied to green or sustainability-related instruments, strengthening the company’s sustainability strategy. The syndicated loan, amounting to 91 million euros, supports Tallinna Vesi’s investments in water network and treatment plants, as well as sewage collection and treatment plants.
