Teck Resources Limited has announced the results of its Offers to purchase outstanding notes, amending the Maximum Purchase Amount to US$1.384 billion. A total of US$1,367,481,000 principal amount of Notes were accepted for purchase. The Offers expired on July 15, 2024, and the settlement dates are expected to be July 17, 2024, for Initial Settlement and July 19, 2024, for Guaranteed Delivery Settlement. The Offers were managed by BofA Securities, Inc. and RBC Capital Markets, LLC. Holders whose Notes were accepted will receive Total Consideration specified in the table in the news release.
