Waabi is using NVIDIA DRIVE Thor computer to launch their generative AI-powered autonomous trucking solution, the Waabi Driver, next year. Their innovative approach combines two AI systems for safer and scalable operations. Raquel Urtasun, Waabi’s CEO, emphasizes the importance of generative AI in accelerating AV development. Waabi’s recent milestones include a $200 million Series B round, collaboration with Uber Freight, and the launch of commercial autonomous trucking routes in the U.S. Their focus on combining generative AI-powered simulation with foundation AI models will revolutionize the deployment of autonomous vehicles worldwide.
