In the upcoming UK general election, Keir Starmer is poised to become the new prime minister based on all polls.

Starmer’s campaign has focused on building relationships with businesses to transform the Labour Party.

Labor’s shadow chancellor, Rachel Reeves, has been instrumental in attracting support from City leaders, such as Richard Walker, former Conservative Donor, and chair of Iceland supermarket chain.

A growing number of business leaders, including John Caudwell and over 120 others, have backed Labour for its potential economic strategies.

While a limited number of FTSE 100 companies have shown support for Labour, the majority have opted to stay politically neutral during the election.

Andrew Higginson, chair of JD Sport’s and the UK’s sole FTSE 100 representative, signed a letter supporting Labour, prompting some to question the weight of the endorsement.
