Noco-noco Inc. accelerates global expansion of energy storage solutions through battery securitization program

Noco-noco Pte Ltd., a 100% subsidiary of noco-noco Inc. listed on Nasdaq (Nasdaq: NCNC), has signed a memorandum of understanding with Japan’s 3DOM Alliance Inc. and Tesnology Inc. to acquire non-exclusive rights to the battery securitization system and intellectual property developed by 3DOM and Tesnology. This milestone agreement is aimed at establishing batteries as a social infrastructure in the Asia Pacific region.
