Design flaws may delay Nvidia’s artificial-intelligence chips launch by three months or more, impacting customers like Meta, Google, and Microsoft. The Blackwell chip series, succeeding the Grace Hopper Superchip, was unveiled in March. Nvidia assured production ramp-up in the second half, but Microsoft and a major cloud service provider were notified of delays this week.
