All doses of Eli Lilly’s weight loss injection Zepbound and diabetes drug Mounjaro are now available in the U.S., ending months of shortages. Demand for weight loss and diabetes drugs has surpassed supply, leading to investments by Eli Lilly and Novo Nordisk in manufacturing. Novo Nordisk’s diabetes injection Ozempic is also fully available, but some doses of weight loss drug Wegovy have limited supply.
