In Germany, Vonovia surged 3.70%, while Bayer fell 1.11%. In France, Vivendi gained 0.71%. Germany’s business confidence fell to a six-month low in August, with the ifo Business Climate Index dropping to 86.6 from 87.0 in July. Spain saw a 1.4% decrease in producer prices in July, while Finland experienced a 0.2% increase in producer prices, the first rise in fifteen months.
