PodcastOne reports revenue increase, signs partnership, expands content

PodcastOne reported an Adjusted EBITDA of $(0.3M) and signed a $24M revenue B2B partnership with a Fortune 250 company. They also expanded their pipeline of podcasts for TV and film projects, added 9 new podcasts, bringing the total to 187, and sold a successful show to a top 5 streaming platform. They expect revenue of $51-56M for FY 2025. Operating results for Q1 FY 2025 showed revenue of $13.2M, up 24% from the same period in FY 2024. Operating loss was ($1.4M), attributed to cost increases from becoming a public company. Adjusted EBITDA for Q1 FY 2025 was $(0.3M), maintaining revenue guidance for $51-56M for FY 2025.
