ABO-Group Environment has acquired a 70% stake in Dutch company Eco Reest, specializing in ecology, soils, and asbestos. This acquisition expands ABO’s team in the Netherlands from 30 to 80 employees, making them a major player in the Dutch ecology market. Eco Reest, with a revenue of 4.5 million euros in 2023, is expected to surpass 5 million euros in 2024. The integration aims to enhance ABO’s offerings and geographical coverage, positioning them as a key ecology provider in the Netherlands and beyond. ABO-Group Environment will include Eco Reest in its consolidated figures starting Q4 2024.
