The “Akropolis Group” managed 5 shopping and entertainment centers in Lithuania and Latvia saw 21.1 million visitors in the first half of 2024, with a historic turnover of €548.7 million in the first six months.
The response to new stores and entertainment at the shopping centers is positive, contributing to historic revenue growth. The company is focused on meeting visitor expectations and providing quality services, leading to financial success.
With a 2% vacancy rate, the company earned €43.9 million in rental income in the first half of 2024, an 8.5% increase from the previous year. Group revenue was €60.6 million, a 7.3% increase, and EBITDA was €42.8 million, a 7% increase.
“Tesla” opened the first pop-up store in the Baltics at Vilnius “Akropolis,” reflecting the overall increase in the number of new and updated stores in both Lithuania and Latvia.
Investments in updating the Klaipėda “Akropolis” shopping and entertainment center are nearing completion, with approximately €8 million invested in modernization projects. A new building at Vilnius “Akropolis” houses the largest and most modern “Sportland” store in Lithuania.
