Aleph Zero partners with global telecommunications giants to develop standardized blockchain APIs for the industry, joining the CAMARA Foundation as a General Member. The collaboration focuses on the Blockchain Public Address API initiative, aiming to simplify user interaction with blockchain technologies through mobile devices. Over 230 companies, including Deutsche Telekom, Vodafone, and Telefónica, are part of the CAMARA Project to create standardized APIs for telecommunications networks.
The Blockchain Public Address API manages blockchain addresses associated with phone numbers, allowing for retrieval, binding, and unbinding of addresses. Aleph Zero’s expertise in zero-knowledge proofs and privacy-preserving technologies will enhance the development of blockchain-related solutions within the CAMARA Project. The integration of blockchain technology into mainstream infrastructure is gaining momentum, with Aleph Zero contributing to telecommunications APIs from a blockchain perspective.
