Asian share markets fell on Monday due to concerns about a possible U.S. economic downturn, with MSCI’s Asia-Pacific index declining by 0.6%. Nasdaq and E-minis were lower, as investors awaited the Federal Reserve’s decision on whether to cut rates next week. The euro remained stable at $1.1090. Market participants are gearing up for a busy week, with data on U.S. consumer prices and the European Central Bank’s potential rate cut. Analysts foresee a slowdown in China’s trade growth as well. Oil prices found some footing after a significant drop last week, with Brent at $71.63 and WTI at $68.27 per barrel.
