Earlier in the month, Goldman Sachs initiated a “Buy” rating on Bilibili, with a price target at
$22.60 from its previous “Neutral,” or $16.50. They pointed out Bilibili as a highly sticky,
under-monetized video site with young customers. The company is shifting to what analysts
consider a more lucrative business – higher-margin ads and gaming. Goldman Sachs even
predicts that Bilibili will be able to attain 10-15% net margin by 2026.
