Logitech (LOGI) shares have surged 20.3% in the last year, outperforming the Computer – Peripheral Equipment industry. The company is focusing on new product launches to drive sales, like the MINIROLL Bluetooth speaker under the Ultimate Ears brand. This portable speaker is waterproof, dustproof, and drop-proof, weighing only 279 grams.

The MINIROLL speaker features autocast technology that allows users to connect multiple speakers. Logitech’s innovative audio equipment launches have boosted revenues from the Headset division, increasing sales by 20% year over year to $44.2 million in the first quarter of fiscal 2025. The company also introduced new webcams and gaming accessories.

Logitech expanded its portfolio for Apple users with dedicated macOS keyboards and product compatibility for Mac OS and iPadOS. The company has certified its peripherals to work seamlessly with Microsoft and Intel products as well. Despite near-term headwinds from softening IT spending and a competitive market, Logitech expects fiscal 2025 sales of $4.34-$4.43 billion with a Zacks Consensus Estimate of $4.39 billion.

While Logitech is on a recovery path with a focus on innovation, a sluggish IT spending environment and stiff competition pose challenges. Investors should wait for a better entry opportunity given LOGI’s current Zacks Value Score of C. Logitech’s growth is supported by a rebound in the personal computer market, but caution is warranted amid market uncertainties.
