MicroStrategy now holds 1.17% of all Bitcoins, with over 245,000 BTC. This exceeds most ETF holdings and continues to grow since their first purchase in August 2020.

They acquired 18,000 BTC for $1.11 billion at roughly $60,408 per Bitcoin. As of Sept. 9, they held 244,800 BTC acquired for nearly $9.45 billion at nearly $38,585 per Bitcoin.

Bitcoin prices dipped as the Federal Reserve announced an interest rate cut, with BTC trading at $58,539. The cut signals looser financial conditions, benefiting riskier assets like cryptocurrencies.

In the past week, there were $436 million in Bitcoin inflows following a significant outflow period. Short-Bitcoin flows also reversed, with outflows of $8.5 million after weeks of inflows.

Digital asset investment products saw a reversal with $436 million in inflows after a period of $1.2 billion outflows.
