Microsoft Corp. (MSFT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.83 per share, a 10% increase. The dividend will be payable on December 12, 2024, to shareholders of record as of November 21, 2024, with an ex-dividend date of November 21, 2024. The board also approved a $60 billion share repurchase program with no expiration date.

Furthermore, Microsoft announced its 2024 Annual Shareholders Meeting will take place on December 10, 2024. Shareholders as of the record date, September 30, 2024, will have voting rights.
