Robex Resources Inc. has settled all tax and customs claims with the Government of Mali, paving the way for a new partnership. The agreement includes a 2% reduction in revenue-based taxes and royalties for the Nampala Gold Mine. Nampala SA will pay 10 billion CFA francs in cash to resolve outstanding tax issues. The company also plans to divest the Nampala project and focus on developing the Kiniero Gold Project in Guinea. Robex will provide an operating plan to secure the future of the Nampala mine and continues to engage with potential buyers for its assets in Mali.
