Pending Home Sales disappointed with a +0.6% increase, falling short of the +1.0% analysts were expecting. Costco shares dipped 1.2% in late trading after posting mixed Q4 results, exceeding earnings estimates but falling short on revenues. Costco reported quarterly revenues of $79.7 billion, up roughly +1% year over year.
