Dubai leads in ultra-luxury real estate with 85 sales in the second quarter, known for its friendly tax regimes attracting the ultra-rich.

London saw one of the largest declines in $10 million-plus home sales, plunging 47% from the previous year due to fears of higher taxes.

Interest rates falling worldwide expected to support sales in the second half of the year, encouraging purchases of luxury properties.
