Tech stocks were down on Wednesday, with XLK and XSD both showing decreases. The Philadelphia Semiconductor Index was also down 1%. Meanwhile, Microsoft will not face scrutiny in the EU for its acquisition of Inflection AI assets, causing its shares to fall by 0.9%.

Intuitive Machines saw a 38% increase in shares after being awarded a NASA contract worth up to $4.82 billion. Google won its appeal against a $1.66 billion fine from the EU, while Qualcomm’s fine for predatory pricing was mostly upheld by the General Court. Google’s parent company, Alphabet, saw shares rise by 0.3%.
